Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 21 to 40 years as on 01-07-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation Degree for S.No 1, 2, 5 Posts; Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Govt as equivalent or Post Graduation Diploma in Accountancy from a University or Institute recognized by the Govt for S.No 3 Post; Bachelor’s degree in Science with Physics as Legal one of the subjects for S.No 4 Post.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary Examination, Interview.
 
Application Fee:
Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.115/- (Exam fee Rs.100/- + On-line processing fee Rs.15/-) for General candidates using E-Challan. Fee must be deposited in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank. E-Challan can be downloaded after filling in the ‘Candidate Registration’ format of the On-line application. Refer notification for category wise application fee.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through the website http://uppsc.up.nic.in by filling all the mandatory details on or before 15-07-2013. After successful submission, candidates are required to take print out of application form for future reference.

Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Log on to http://uppsc.up.nic.in
2. Select appropriate advertisement link.
3. Fill all the mandatory details and submit
4. Take print out of system generated E-Challan.
5. Make fee payment as mentioned above.
6. Re-visit and enter fee payment details, upload photograph and signature.
7. Submit error free application form and take print out of it for future reference.
